If you want refund for whatever reason you can do it only after paying the first fee for your service. When you place an order, the payments are equally divided in two. The first payment is made after request and second-when your site is finished. Between these two payments there is a development time and during that time you can cancel if you want to.
To do so, you're going to need your order number that has been emailed to you when you've placed the order.
To start, fill out the refund form. After that's done, you will get your money back within two weeks. Note that not all services qualify for refund. Only those that consist of two payments (like the BASIC, ADVANCED and PROFESSIONAL website design plan and all Online Store plans). Website plan BASIC and the Logo Design plan are not refundable.
